About : Tarlan Novkhani started saying meykhana at the age of 14. His first master was Ogtay Kamil.He started performing at wedding ceremonies at the age of 15-16. His professional meykhana career began in 2005.His first album “O gozel yar” was released in “Sabuhi Studio” in a duet with Emin Elkhanoglu in the same year.He sang duets with many famous Azerbaijani singers and shot in music videos. He is currently one of the most popular Meykhana sayer in Azerbaijan.In 2017, after one of the honored artists and famous singers of Uzbekistan Ulugbek Rahmatullayev sung the song “O gozel yar” with Tarlan Novkhani,it became very popular in both countries and Rahmatullayev invited Tarlan Novkhani to Uzbekistan and a concert of two artists took place in Tashkent.Another concert program “Özbəkistandan sevgilərlə” took place in December 2019 at the Heydar Aliyev Palace in Baku.
